We understand that preferences change, or you might receive gifts that aren't quite right for you. Here's how we handle it:

Returns for refund:

We'll gladly accept returns only if the item is NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS AND PAPERWORK. The item should be in the same condition as when you received it. Before sending your return, please reach out to customer service to obtain an RMA number, which should be included on the return postage label or clearly written on a slip of paper included with your return. RETURN POSTAGE FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Once we receive your return in the specified conditions, we'll promptly issue a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost incurred to send the item to you. If you were charged a $5.99 flat shipping rate for orders under $75, we may deduct our actual shipping cost, which generally exceeds $5.99. Returns on sale items may be refused.

Exchanges:

If you prefer to exchange your item, please follow the return guidelines mentioned above. When contacting customer service, specify that you'd like to exchange, and you'll be provided with further instructions.

Order cancellation:

We strive to ship orders promptly, often within hours of receiving them! Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned upon receipt. ITEMS REFUSED UPON DELIVERY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
