We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, whether it's a change of heart or a gift that isn't quite what you needed, here's how returns work.

Return eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• New, unopened, and unused
• In the original packaging, with all tags and paperwork included
• In the same condition as when you received them

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return an item

1. Request an RMA number. Email us at baby@ebtbfamily.com or call (718) 395-5909 with your order number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
2. Print a return label. You can use our return label link or your own carrier. Our label is not free: its cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Ship your return. Write your RMA number on the label or on a slip of paper inside the package.

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–10 days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

The following may be deducted from your refund:

• Return shipping, if you used our return label. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• Our original shipping cost. We deduct the actual cost we paid to ship your order to you. This applies to all orders, including those that qualified for free shipping over $75. Our actual cost is often more than the $5.99 flat rate charged on orders under $75, so the deduction may be more than what you paid for shipping.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email baby@ebtbfamily.com within 2 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. Damage and defect claims are resolved according to the manufacturer's warranty.

Gift returns

If you received an item as a gift, email us at baby@ebtbfamily.com with the order number or the purchaser's name, and we'll coordinate an exchange or store credit for you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return steps above and tell us you'd like an exchange when you request your RMA number. We'll send you instructions for completing it.

Order cancellations

We often ship within hours of receiving an order, so contact us right away at baby@ebtbfamily.com or (718) 395-5909 if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can return it after it arrives under the policy above.

Packages refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund. If you no longer want your order, please accept it and start a return instead.
